Another week down and I think I may have a smaller but better understanding of what to do and how to move forward. As I said last weeks blog preparation is key and all through out this week it definitely helped me stay up to speed with the class. 

I feel like going through the chapter and highlighting main points and being able to map them out truly do a lot for my memory in those regards but also the activity that we did in class where we matched up the words to their definitions really allowed be to see a bigger picture of how everything connects. I think over the next couple of weeks I want to be able to learn through videos as well, so maybe look up related videos to the topics that I am learning about.

The coolest thing this week was hearing people talk about rules and laws and regulations and certain things about special education children and being able to say, "hey that's a cool thought I actually learned about that this week..", or " well that's partially true but if you looked this or that up you would find the exact technicality's on that. There was definitely a lot more i could have been prepared with but with the small about of information i did retain made it possible for me to engage in those conversations.

I feel like this week i was able to participate in the activity we did in class and as we discussed those points i feel as if we were teaching each other. I feel like they are understanding the material really well, they definitely have questions as we all do. The best part is they have started asking questions/speaking up in class. i think once we all get to that point it will be a definite sign that we for sure get what is being said, instead of constantly trying to  absorb information.
